• 大卒以上（ソフトウェア開発、プロジェクトマネジメント、産業工学、経営学のいずれかを専攻していることが望ましい
• 少なくとも7年以上のビジネストランスフォーメーション、チェンジマネジメント、プロジェクトマネジメントの経験。
• 技術に精通し、プロジェクトやソフトウェア開発の方法論や技術に関する知識が豊富であれば尚可。
• ウォーターフォール手法を用いたプロジェクト実施経験
• 卓越した口頭および書面でのコミュニケーションスキル - 英語および日本語に堪能であること。
• プレゼンテーション、ファシリテーション、ワークショップのスキル
• 対人能力、交渉能力、コンフリクトマネジメント能力
• 構造的思考、強力な分析スキル、強力な問題解決スキル、細部へのこだわり。
• 様々な表記法（ユースケース、アクティビティ図、ワークフロー）を用いたプロセスのモデリングに精通していること。ドキュメンテーション（BRD/SRS/FRS、ギャップ分析ドキュメント）に関する知識
• 文化の違いに配慮し、グローバルネットワークと協働する能力
• 独立して、またはチームの一員として効果的に働く能力
• マイクロソフトオフィスツールに精通していること（ワード、エクセル、パワーポイント、プロジェクト）
• モデリングツールに精通していること（Sparx Enterprise Architect、Draw.IOなど）
• University degree, preferably in software development, project management, industrial engineering or business administration
• At least seven years’ experience gained in Business Transformation and/or Change Management and/or project management role.
• Fluency in technology and strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies / techniques will be an added advantage
• Experience with project implementations using water fall methodology
• Exceptional verbal, written communication skills – Fluency in English and Japanese.
• Solid presentation, facilitation and workshop skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-management skills
• Structural thinking, strong analytical skills, strong problem-solving skills and eye for detail.
• Familiarity in Modeling processes using various notation (Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, Work flows). Knowledge on Documentation (BRD/SRS/FRS and Gap Analysis docs)
• Ability to work with global networks, mindful of cultural differences.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
• Proficient in modelling tools (Sparx Enterprise Architect, Draw.IO and similar)
• 新規プロセスや改善プロセスの現状と機会を把握するための対話型ワークショップを主宰・主導する。
• 既存のプロセスに挑戦し、改良と最適化の機会を特定する。
• 顧客要求を機能仕様とユースケースに変換する。ステークホルダーミーティングでの議論に基づき、プロセスのフローチャート/ドキュメントを作成する。プレッシャーの高い環境での勤務経験があり、複雑なプロジェクトでの成功実績があること。
• ビジネス、技術、プロジェクトに関するプレゼンテーションの準備と実施。
• トレーニングの提供、ユーザーマニュアルの作成、テストプロセスにおけるQAチームのサポート。
• 必要に応じて、顧客とIBS間の翻訳サービスをサポートする。
• 顧客のエスカレーションポイントとして、リクエストに迅速に対応し、期限内に問題を解決する緊急性を維持する。
• プロジェクト、エンハンスメントトラッカー、成果物、スケジュールの維持と監視。リスクを軽減し、管理できること。
• 関係者会議の開催、議題の準備、出席、参加。
• ステークホルダーミーティングの重要なメモ、アクション、決定事項の文書化とフォローアップ。
• Chair & Lead interactive workshops to determine the as-is state and opportunities for new and improved processes.
• Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for refinement and optimization.
• Translate Customer requirements into functional specifications and use cases. Prepare flow charts/documentation for processes based on discussions in stakeholder meetings. Proven experience working in a high-pressure environment, having successful track records in complex projects.
• Prepare and deliver presentation on business, technical and project related topics.
• Provide training, author user manuals and support QA team during the testing process.
• Support with translation services between customer and if required.
• Act as escalation point for customer - responsive to request and capable of maintaining a sense of urgency in resolving issues in due time.
• Maintaining and monitoring project, enhancements trackers, deliverables & schedules. Must be able to mitigate and manage risks.
• Organizing, preparing agendas, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Documenting and following up on important meeting notes, actions and decisions from stakeholder meetings.
