Christian Dior G.K. is looking for Internal Control Manager.
Christian Dior is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual for the position of Internal Control Manager.
This person will be responsible to develop, implement and test internal control rules and procedures for Japan, in full compliance with LVMH policies &procedures.
This person will play an active role in developing risk mitigation strategies, related process documentation and policies.
The ideal candidate must exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills along with having effective written and oral communication skills.
The position requires an individual that can independently complete financial and operational control activities (including accounting / finance, and retail, etc.)
The position is expected to travel nationwide to conduct store audits.

- Yearly Campaign of Internal Control Monitoring LVMH:
- Review process of Store Monthly internal control report:
- Process & Procedures set up (on various topics: financial/ operational/ security)
- Store Audits across Japan:
- Implement action plan of follow up audit
- Coordinate Annual physical inventories and assist with cycle counts as needed
