- Responsible for all tax related matters of all brands of LVMH Watch & Jewelry Japan (6 brands and 2 entities)
- Organize closing and financial reporting including Inventory, Fixed Asset Management according to the Corporate Accounting Principles and to the local legal and fiscal requirements
- Bachelor degree, preferably with major in Business Administration, Economics, Finance & Accounting
- Japanese CPA or Tax Accountant is a plus
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a foreign company with International Accounting Standards practices
- Experience in a complex environment (multiple legal entities / multiple brands) preferred.
- Understanding of IFRS / US GAAP
- Tax background or knowledge preferred
- Intermediary computer skills

A) Preparation of audit and tax filings
- Internal and external audit matters
- Corporate tax, consumption taxes returns and other tax reports filing.
- Tax compliance such as TP documentation
- Establish process according to tax requirements
B) Monthly closing including financial reporting to Group headquarters
- Journal entries (accruals, prepaid expenses, cost reclassification, etc.)
- Intercompany reconciliation including inventory purchase
- Prepare monthly financial reporting to HQs
C) Fixed Asset Management
- Fixed Asset registration into the system
- Depreciation / disposal / transfer posting
- Fixed Asset tax posting and payment
D) Project / Team support
- Special project as required
