【MUST】
・3 years of experience as an accounting, ERP or automation specialist in a related industry.
・Business fluent in English (and preferred Japanese)
・Relative advanced level of usage of Microsoft suite products (such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint..)
・Experience with international or Japanese accounting software and accounting processes.

【Nice to have】
・Experience in system implementation (ERP Software) or process improvement projects.
・Experience in data analysis.
・Bachelor’s degree or above, with a major in the IT Sciences or the Accounting related field.
・Proficiency in one or more programming languages including Python/VB/VBA/C#/SQL/JavaScript or similar.
・Experience in use of a BI application (Power BI, Tableau…)

【Profile desired】
・Good communication skills, a team player and a self-starter.
・Ability to analyze the business requirements and to simplify business rules and processes.
・Proactive attitude with the ability to identify solutions for areas of improvement.
・Ability to adapt to an international environment.

・Support with the implementation and day to day administration of the Mazars preferred accounting software (Odoo), and Mazars internal software and tools for delivering our services.
・Coordinate with Mazars Global teams and external parties involved in the implementation of internal software related projects.
・Participate in the organization of internal trainings and provide support to the services delivery teams with best practice advice for handling and operating the relevant systems.
・Other related work to support with the development and implementation of projects within the Innovation team.
