【About Project】
Large-scale project for Global Insurance company.
【Must】
1.Must have more than 5 years of IT experience in AS400 Server tasks and maintenance projects
2.Ability to effectively coordinate with Customer SMEs, Onsite and Offshore teams
3.Actively involve in Application transition and stabilization phases by aligning to Japan (JST) working hours
【Nice to have】
1.Exposure on IBM iSeries architecture/components, ITIL, Agile methodology, DevOps
2.Insurance domain knowledge is added advantage
【Language】
Japanese: JLPT N2 - Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese with native speakers
English: Business level (speaking, reading, writing)
【Role and responsibilities】
1. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in both Japanese & English languages to establish good coordination and communication with Customer, Onsite and Offshore teams
2.Hands on experience in AS400 tasks and maintenance activities
3. Actively involve in the primary responsibilities that include but not limited to:
- Alerts, events and Incident monitoring, management & handling
- Routine and Adhoc task execution, tracking and reporting
- Collect and store log data and create reports as required
- Create and update documentation for SOP, Runbook, Catalogues, etc
- Follow security standards, practices, auditing and monitoring procedures, disaster recovery and component recovery
4. Actively contribute towards various Transformation initiatives (Process maturity, Performance optimization, etc.) to achieve the project goals
5. Collaborate with Infra, IT and business teams to ensure seamless application availability and performance.
6. Participate in performance reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing. the performance, safety, and regulatory requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of vehicle layout, packaging, and structural integration across different vehicle types (ICE, Hybrid, EV).

Tokyo Office / 東京事業所採用
Work 4 days a week at client office(Tokyo), 1 day a week work from home
週4日クライアント先（東京23区)での就業、週1日在宅勤務可能
9:00～18:00

月給：経験・能力など考慮の上、当社規程により決定
裁量労働手当：有(60,000-80,000円/月支給) *管理監督者グレードでの採用の場合は無し
残業手当：なし
