SUMMER INTERNSHIP Sept.1 to 12
General Program: GENERAL BUSINESS OVERVIEW +CHALLENGE + PRESENTATION
Company introduction about:
• EHS basics
• From Advanced Design, proto to NPI
• Engineering overview
• Manufacturing tour (titanium/acetate)
• Quality Control
• Supply Chain and logistic overview
• Other function lectures
• Review, presentation, review
OJT Days 8 to end: assignments (SC, ENGINEERING, QC, Production Management, Employer Branding, Sustainability)
• Final Presentation with Management and feedback
• Enrolled in Japan as undergraduate or graduate students of Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, International Business Administration, Innovation Studies.
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Able to be self-motivated and passionate
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Relevant computer literacy is a a plus
• Fluency in Japanese & in English or willing to learn more
• Enthusiastic about a learning experience in EssilorLuxottica global environment
必要な資格・能力
• 理系・技術系・工学系・数学系,経営、国際ビジネス、イノベーションの学部生または大学院生として日本に在籍していること。
•対人関係、コミュニケーションとプレゼンテーション能力を持っていること。
• 自発的に行動を起こし、情熱を持って仕事に取り組むことができる
• Microsoft Office Suite関連のコンピュータリテラシーがあれば大歓迎
• 日本語と英語のコミュニケーション能力あるかたあるいは関心のかた方
• エシロールルックスルックスオティカの傘下にある福井めがね工業のグローバルな環境で学ぶことに熱意を感じる
責任
• 鯖江にある福井めがね工業で10日間のインターンシップ（2日間の学習プログラム、振り返り、プレゼンテーション⁺8日間の課題：生産管理や品質管理・サプライチェーン・エンジニアリング・の課題に取り組むこと、最終プレゼンテーション・フィードバック会）
• 大学で加入するインターンシップの保険証の提示
• 福井めがね工業の安全基準の指導に従うこと。
• Participate to all of the 10 days of internship at Fukui Megane in Sabae (Fukui Pref.) including :
• 2 days General overview (Basic learning program + review and presentation)
•8 days of an assignment in a relevant field with final presentation to the tutors and feedback by the management.
• Show your internship insurance certificate
• Follow Fukui Megane Industry instructions for safety
