- Experience : More than 3 years’ experience in pastry.
- Language : Basic level in English, Native level in Japanese preferred.

- 経験　 3年以上の製菓経験
- 英語　 初級レベル尚可
- 日本語　上級レベル尚可

● Preparing and serving deserts, pastries and other baked foods
● Assists the menu planning
● Ensures that all deserts, pastries and baked goods are prepared and served in a timely manner
● Helps with food cost reports and inventories
● Orders for supplies used in the making of pastries

Pastry school certificate preferred

Applicants hold valid working eligibility in Japan at the time of lodging their applications.

5 days per week, 37.5 hours (including weekends / public holidays)
Actual 7.5 hours / day between 10:00-22:00 (1 hour break)
