Leads IT Team to ensure stable, secure, and effective technology services.

- MCSE or equivalent certifications demonstrating comprehensive expertise of hardware/software/network technologies.
- Experienced with IT system components and alignment with organization strategies.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional IT projects, managing teams, and delivering results on time and within budget.
- Strong (written/verbal) communication skills, ability to present clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experienced in coaching, training, and developing team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with budgeting and resource planning.
- Hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining IT security protocols, risk mitigation strategies, and compliance with relevant policies and standards.
- A customer-focused approach with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality IT support and services to internal stakeholders.

- ハードウェア／ソフトウェア／ネットワーク技術に関する包括的な専門知識を証明する MCSE または同等の認定資格 を保有していること
- 組織戦略と整合した IT システム構成要素に関する経験を有すること
- 部門横断型のITプロジェクトにおけるリーダー経験、チームマネジメント、予算内かつ期限内での成果達成の実績があること
- 技術的・非技術的な相手の両方に対して明確に伝えられる優れた文書／口頭コミュニケーション能力
- チームメンバーの育成、トレーニング、指導の経験があり、責任感・協力・継続的改善を促す職場文化を育ててきたこと
- 予算編成とリソース計画に関する知識または経験
- ITセキュリティプロトコル、リスク軽減策、関連ポリシーおよび基準への準拠に関する実践的な経験
- 社内に高品質なITサポートとサービスを提供することに強くコミットする丁寧な対応

• Ensure reliable and secure IT infrastructure.
• Lead IT team and provide training/support.
• Manage hardware/software/network maintenance and upgrades.
• Handle IT projects, procurement, and documentation.
• Support users and departments with IT solutions.
• Ensure IT systems security, backups, and compliance are reviewed and adhered to.
• Coordinate with Facilities Director on IT policies and strategies.
• Deliver high-quality service and maintain IT uptime targets.
