Oversees all food and beverage operations, supervises key staff, manages purchasing, and controls F&B inventory and equipment.

• Minimum of 5 years in large, multi-outlet F&B operations with strong knowledge of industry best practices.
• Proven experience in hiring, training, team building, and developing F&B staff.
• Ability to influence others, resolve conflicts, and present effectively in an international setting.
• Knowledge and experience with internal controls and commercial sanitation standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, lead meetings, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Advance -level English (BULATS 4 / TOEIC 850)
• Computer literacy ( MS Office, POS, Abacus)

• 業界のベストプラクティスに精通し、大規模で複数店舗を持つ飲食業務における5年以上の経験。
• 飲食部門スタッフの採用、研修、チームビルディング、育成における確かな実績。
• 他者に影響を与える力、対人関係のトラブル解決能力、および国際的な場面での効果的なプレゼンテーション能力。
• 内部統制および商業衛生基準に関する知識と実務経験。
• 複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理し、会議を主導し、タスクの優先順位を効果的に判断できる能力。
• 上級レベルの英語力（BULATSレベル4 / TOEIC850点相当）。
• パソコンスキル（MS Office、POSシステム、Abacusなど）。

- Assists in creating budgets, sales forecasts, and annual purchasing plans to support financial planning.
- Manages scheduling, hiring, training, and supervises service in all F&B outlets to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensures consistent service quality, sanitation, and cleanliness across all restaurants and outlets.
- Creates and updates SOPs, manuals, and service training programs to maintain consistency and efficiency.
- Oversees purchasing standards, conducts quality checks, and controls costs for all food and beverage items.

- 財務計画を支援するために、予算、売上予測、および年間購買計画の作成を補助する。
- 全飲食部門のスケジュール管理、採用、研修を行い、日々の円滑な運営を確保する。
- 全レストランおよび店舗において、サービスの質、衛生状態、清掃の一貫性を維持する。
- 業務手順書（SOP）やマニュアル、サービス研修プログラムを作成・更新し、業務の一貫性と効率を保つ。
- 食品および飲料品の購買基準を監督し、品質チェックを実施し、コストを管理する。

• University/College/Hotel school education preferred.
• 大学、短大、ホテル学校を修了された方が望ましい
