Tokyo American Club - Concierge (Azabudai, Full-time)

Summary

This role enhances the Member experience by delivering knowledgeable and personalized service across Club outlets and events.
It involves accurately identifying and responding to a wide range of Member and guest needs.
The goal is to ensure maximum satisfaction while adhering to all Club policies and standards.

Key Qualifications

• Experience Must be familiar with hospitality industry
• Education Hospitality school/major preferred
• English Advanced level
• Japanese Advanced level
• PC skills Word, Excel, Outlook

Responsibility

- Provide information regarding facilities, club events and seminars.
- External ticket sales
- Dealing with inquiries (face to face/telephone)
- Cahier
- Support Members’ lifestyle in Japan

Hold valid working eligibility in Japan at the time of lodging their applications. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Working Hours

5 days per week, 37.5 hours (including weekends / public holidays)
Actual 7.5 hours / day between 07:15 - 22:00 (1 hour break)
