• Minimum of 8-10yrs of professional culinary experience, preferably in western cuisine in a high volume outlet
• Knowledge of religious and other dietary requirements and preference
• Education Basic cooking school certificate preferable

• Assisting in supervising and coordinating all activities in the assigned kitchen area related to food production as well as staff.
• Assurance of consistency in quality and cost control standards via recipe execution
• Supports with Human Resources, member relations and controlling labor
• Reports to Chef de Cuisine on the day to day operations
• Aware of and participates in efforts to positively increase ESS targets
• Assists in maintaining and follows through on proper maintenance and sanitation of all kitchen areas

Certificate from Cookery school will be desirable.
Applicants hold valid working eligibility in Japan at the time of lodging their applications.
5 days/week (including weekends/national holidays)
