- Proactive team player with degree in hospitality, business, or related field; experience in luxury service or membership/events.
- 3-5 year experiences in similar field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage affluent clientele.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure.
- CRM system proficiency and knowledge of luxury market trends and services.
- Fluent in English (Japanese a plus); flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

• Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes for Membership Committee meetings.
• Attend meetings, manage presentation materials, and communicate outcomes to office staff, GM office, and members.
• Circulate applications, minutes, and contact members regarding application results and related communications.
• Handle membership processes, monthly reports, and materials for Board and Committee meetings.
• Oversee staff training, performance evaluation, office operations, and budget coordination.
• Drive new membership sales, manage corporate relationships, and maintain member engagement.

• 会議に出席し、資料の準備・管理、結果をオフィススタッフ、総支配人室、会員へ伝達
• 入会申請書や議事録の回覧、申請結果や関連内容の会員への連絡
• 会員手続き、月次レポート、理事会・委員会用資料の準備
• スタッフ研修・評価、日常業務、予算調整などオフィス運営の統括
• 新規会員獲得、法人会員との関係構築、既存会員との関係維持
