GIVENCHY Visual Merchandising Assistant Manager

Japan, Tokyo Merchandising / VMD Full-Time

This position is responsible to establish refined brand image at all retail network by enhancing product display, instore and window styling while supporting sales growth through Visual Merchandising.

Working Relationship:
- Store Managers and Staffs
- Office functions (Retail, Merchandising, Marketing & Communications, Logistics and BPC)
- Suppliers and vendors

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure execution of global VMD guideline to all stores in charge by well communicate store managers
- Assist VMD Manager to create Japan VMD guideline
- To visit stores regularly (3-4 stores / week) and efficiently to support the sales increase
- To implement VMD training for store staff and support them regularly to enhance brand image to customer
- Work closely with Retail to support preparing store events, pop-ups, and department store events outside of Givenchy store.

Development Opportunities:
- VMD Manager position in other LVMH Group brands
- Increase responsibilities in line with growth of the company

Job Requirement:
- Education: University degree or higher
- Native level Japanese and Business level English
- More than 5 years VMD experience in fashion industry
- PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), photoshop is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Well organized, Planning ability, Result oriented, Customer Centric
