Senior Trade Marketing Managerは営業部⾨の中枢かつSales Directorのブレインとして、各種分析を元に営業戦略を提言し遂行をアシストするなどして、営業部門の目標達成またはビジネス最適化に貢献いただく、非常に重要なポジションです。


Key Qualifications

1. 3+ years proven track record as a senior trade marketing manager in the multi-international FMCG company.
2. 3+ years experiences in Pricing Strategy/Trade Marketing/Sales Strategy in Consumer-electronics industry /EC/GMS retailers.
3. Proficient English skill in both verbal and writing.
4. Experience in Microsoft Excel (can perform complex functions) and Power BI(preferable).
5. Knowledge of syndicated data (e.g., Intage/GFK) and its nuances.
6. Leadership experience in ambiguity environments that is not always black and white.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences.
9. Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems.
10. Experience in the field sales is preferred.


Mission, Overview of Role:
Responsible for the achievement of the sales department's financial goals from strategy planning to execution, while involving various stakeholders as a core hub position in the department.

Principal Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and Propose actual result/annual budget of trade marketing activities by applying financial knowledge to guide decisions for business optimization.
2. Update sales planning/pricing/promotion guidance/other key goal indicator associated with trade marketing activities.
3. Align with the Sales/Account Management/Operations teams to implement targeted sales strategy.
4. Work closely with finance team as a central sales advisor to improve financial performance of Sales department.
5. Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing teams and Foster culture of continuous process improvement.
6. Ensure that Sales team stays compliant with company policies and procedures.
7. Support Sales director in budgeting/sales strategy execution by make recommendations for improvements.
8. Prepare reports on sales activities and progress toward goals, which may include gathering data from multiple sources such as sell-in/through/out/market data.
9. Always find an opportunity to improve trade terms for the future growth.
10. Responsible for sales forecast, which has the greatest impact on the company's cash flow, leads the team and other departments in improving its accuracy.
