• Having over 5 years of experience in the .NET Core and C# programming domain.
• A background in healthcare or life sciences is preferred.
• Production Support experience
• Japanese Languages: Japanese Business level N2 required, English Business level

• 社内外の顧客に対するプラットフォームサービスの設計、実装、運用に積極的に参加することができる。
• グローバルで要求の高い顧客や経営幹部と快適に仕事ができる。

• Implement best production support programming practices
• Perform level of effort estimates for assigned tasks and change orders.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Engage and escalate with appropriate teams / stakeholders to resolve issues
• Proactively participate in design, implementation and operation of the platform services both for internal and external customers.
• Comfortable working with highly demanding customers & execs globally.
