• 独立して仕事をし、期限を守ることができる。
• あらゆる組織レベルのユーザーとのコミュニケーション能力
• 口頭および書面による優れたコミュニケーションスキル
• 主なスキル: 少なくとも8-10年以上の経験 ,.Net Core,.Net プログラミング-C# .Netドメイン
• Company "や "HUE "のようなツールの経験/知識は強く好まれる

• Technical Skills- 8+ Years experience in .Net Core .Net Programming-C# .Net Domain.
• Good knowledge of Production support and ITIL. Production Support experience is required.
• Willing to be available during off hours (for on-call support)
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Demonstrate problem-solving, analysis, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate with users at all organizational levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Key Skills: at least 8-10+ Years experience in ,.Net Core,.Net Programming-C# .Net Domain
• Experience/knowledge of tools such as “Company” and “HUE” is strongly preferred

• Identify root causes of technical issues, and job failures.

• Implement best production support programming practices.
• Perform level of effort estimates for assigned tasks and change orders.
• Engage and escalate with appropriate teams/stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Proactively participate in designing, implementing, and operating the platform services for internal and external customers.
