Summary

Manage all processes associated with windows, pop-ups, special projects, and product events across all brand touchpoints. Communicated the local VM member who is responsible for the windows and project display layout, and operational activities related to VM for Loro Piana Retail and Wholesale in Japan.
To ensuring their proper production at worldwide level through the functional coordination between HQ BRAND IMAGE STUDIO and Local vender.

Key Qualifications

• Manage and coordinate all activities related to window local production and processes alongside the central worldwide visual merchandising team.
• Manage all processes and activities related to the execution of all pop-ups and special projects in collaboration with key Japan central partners, sample and prototype quality control, and installation/strike strategy.
• Partner and manage the relationships with all creative production agencies when executing special projects
• Communication and coordination with business partners such as department stores and landlords
• Manage Visual Merchandising budget for the special projects, visual props, windows, fixtures, and monitor expenses within cost center
• Partner closely with Senior Visual manager on cost monitoring

Responsibility

• Manage and assist VM member in the planning, tracking, and creating timelines for windows and special events
• Responsible for order management of props, fixtures, and windows in partnership with VM special project member
• Manage window installation strategy inclusive scheduling, and planning
• Partner with all business channels and marketing to produce imagery and copy for guest facing communication.
• Travel and attend all priority store openings, window installations, pop-ups, and special projects.
• Quality control of production
• Coordination of handover to retail and VMD teams

Other

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in windows, pop-ups, and store events preferably in a luxury market
• Visually engaged and detail oriented.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and provide strong attention to detail
• Ability to read CADs, DWGs, and technical drawings
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well independently and within functional and cross-functional teams
• Learns quickly and maintains a high-performance level in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem solving and high analytical ability to manage and maintain budget
• Strong computer skills
