The position
It’s an exciting time to join LOEWE as we go through a period of rapid growth. Brand Events Manager will oversee all LOEWE-branded events. You will part of an exciting PR & Communications team, which sits within the Marketing & Communications department of LOEWE Japan. You will have 1 full-time reporting line. This role will report to Senior PR & Celebrities Manager.

スキル・資格

We are looking for a candidate who has/is
• 7+ years of working experience, preferably in luxury fashion or luxury brand event production
• Business fluent in English, excellent communications in written & spoken Japanese
• Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
• Communicate with clarity, precision, and efficiency
• Open to new ideas, tasks & approaches
• Highly organized. Excellent attention to details
• Love for events & acute interest in talent industry
• Able to perform in a high-pressure/time-sensitive environment
• Grit: goal-oriented, purpose-driven, and passionate
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft suite, especially Excel & Powerpoints

業務内容

Key responsibilities
Event planning & execution
• Understand the objective & mission of each event. Work with Senior Manager to craft a best-in consumer-facing & media/influencer-facing events.
• Develop strong event briefs, run pitches, select & work with the best event production partners.
• Be ambitious, meticulous, and creative in their event planning & execution.
• Cross-functional collaboration is key to LOEWE’s success. Exhibit strong team spirit, share information & build strong consensuses and collaboration model with other departments (Marketing, CRM, Retail, MD, VM, etc.) & HQ counterparts. For major brand events, become the internal hub & project management office.
• Have a strong sense of production schedule, deliverables and feasibility. Be able to alert early & quickly when faced with roadblocks, and to be quick to provide alternative solutions.
• Obsess over details to make sure that events are beautifully executed and operated error-free.
• Be able to analyze & report back quantitatively and qualitatively the end results of each event.
Other areas
• Have a strong sense of budget around casting, event production & operations. Be able to negotiate where necessary.
• Draft contracts & deliverables for events.
• Be able to take calculated risks to execute a bold and unprecedented approach to differentiate LOEWE from competitors. Challenge luxury industry status quo and welcome new creative ideas to create buzz.
