Christian Dior G.K. is looking for Care Service Manager.

This position's mission

Manage Treatment Center’s daily operations for CARE repair. Ensure that repair is performed at Dior standards and on timely manner.

Cost control for service & repair ops

Standardization and making documentation all related to repairs ops including purchasing repair parts and stock level

Transform current ops (As Is to To Be model) including outsourcing

Change Management

Experience in Transformation

業務内容

This position reports to Logistics and Care Service Senior Manager.

1．Manage daily operations

After sales service support

Management of New CARE system

Quality / Stock quality management

Cost control

Import / Export for repair

Parts purchasing

2．Manage service providers

For daily tasks

Change management

3．Plan transformation for Care Service

4．Care Service Project Lead （with Central team in Paris）

5．People Management

Coaching

Change mind for change management
