Seeking an experienced and dynamic Facilities Director to lead the operations and maintenance of the Club’s facilities. This role oversees key departments including Engineering, Repair & Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security, Laundry, and IT. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and extensive experience in Facility Management and IT.

施設全体の運営と保守を統括する経験豊富なファシリティーズディレクターを募集しています。建物・設備の維持管理に加え、エンジニア、リペア＆メインテナンス、ハウスキーピング、セキュリティ、ランドリー、ITを含む広範な業務の監督を担っていただきます。施設管理、IT、チームマネジメントに熟練した方を歓迎します。

- Proven leadership experience in Facilities Management or related field (minimum 5 years preferred)
- Strong interdepartmental coordination and team management skills
- Broad knowledge of facility operations, equipment, and IT systems
- Experience with contractor/vendor oversight and project execution
- Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and conversation)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Facility Management: Oversee management, upkeep, and repairs of TAC facilities including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Team Management: Lead and support teams in Engineering, Repair & Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security, Laundry, and IT.
• Budget Oversight: Create and manage annual and long-term budgets for facility operations.
• Project Coordination: Plan and manage small construction and renovation projects.
• Committee Collaboration: Support the House Committee with facility and member behavior related policies and improvements.
• IT Supervision: Oversee IT systems, infrastructure, help desk operations, and security.

• 部門管理：ハウスキーピング、セキュリティ、ランドリー、ITチームを含む複数の部門を指導・監督。
• 予算管理：年間予算と5年間の設備更新予算の作成と運営管理。
• プロジェクトマネジメント：小規模建設や改修プロジェクトの提案、実施、品質管理。
• 委員会支援：House Committeeと連携し、施設改善やクラブルール運用をサポート。
• IT統括：クラブ全体のITインフラ・セキュリティ・ヘルプデスク・パフォーマンス管理を監督。
