We are seeking an experienced Accounting Professional to support our monthly financial close and statutory reporting requirements. In this role, you will oversee the preparation of accurate and compliant IFRS financial statements, manage journal postings, perform account reconciliations, and analyze month‑end P&L and balance sheet movements. You will also lead the conversion of IFRS results to J‑GAAP by identifying key differences, preparing adjustment entries, and ensuring complete and well‑documented local GAAP reporting for tax and statutory purposes.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance FP&A team.
This role is responsible for providing strategic financial insights, developing financial models, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial principles, and the ability to communicate complex data clearly to stakeholders.

- Contribute to the finance and accounting department, supporting the financial operations across 6 individual maisons and 1 back-office division.
- Manage the general ledger (GL) functions for one or a few designated maisons.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining adequate internal controls to ensure compliance with group rules and regulations.
- Proactively identify and suggest operational improvements and enhancements to achieve process optimization within the finance function.

ポジションについて
本ポジションでは、SAP S/4HANA導入プロジェクトのFI（会計）領域を担当していただきます。要件定義から設計、開発・テスト、移行、運用支援まで、幅広いフェーズに関わりながら、顧客の業務改革をリードしていく役割です。グローバル規模でのプロジェクト推進を通じて、最先端のSAPソリューション導入経験を積むことができます。

- Responsible for all tax related matters of all brands of LVMH Watch & Jewelry Japan (6 brands and 2 entities)
- Organize closing and financial reporting including Inventory, Fixed Asset Management according to the Corporate Accounting Principles and to the local legal and fiscal requirements

- Perform Accounts Payable posting and create payment data in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain vendor registration.
- Assist in the improvement in internal controls related to Accounts Payable
