The Area Manager works closely with selected Ray Ban stores. As a member of our Retail team, you will be responsible for achieving sales target and maximizing profits.
• Provide leadership and foster the team building and working relationship through coaching and mentoring.
• Plan and implement training programs in accordance with business needs
• Maximize potential of staff, facilitate staff development by providing on-job skill and product training
• Have a positive attitude and drive motivation amongst all employees
• Responsible in planning store activities and promotions to meet budget, enhance brand together with Retail Marketing manager and Retail Sales manager.
• Collaborate with Finance/Retail Operations/Marketing and other pertinent divisional partners to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Working closely with corporate and top management to be aligned of all sales activity and processes.
• Manage retail business development
• Provide comprehensive explanation of the business from sales point of view.
• Perform store visits with Store Manager to improve sales.
• Centralized information and communication to stores and HQ
• Appraise & recognize associates’ performance.
• Establish weekly and monthly meetings to review goals and sales results.
• Sales management based on Key KPI and drafting action plan.
• Responsible for the effective execution of promotions and store activities
• New store opening support working with landlord and Retail office.
• Customer complains handling by working with customer service department.
• Store event support (new store openings, store renovations etc.)
We are looking for a motivated team player with impeccable communication skills, ideally with prior experience working in the apparel, accessories or footwear industry within a retail business. Having knowledge of Ray Ban products and a fashion minded interest is a plus!
