Our company has been selected as a 'Stress Free Company' for the year 2024.
The Stress Free Company is a company that has been selected by the Stress Free Company Award Committee from among those companies that have undergone stress checks as notified by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. The Stress-Free Company Award Committee selects and awards companies with particularly excellent results in group analysis from among those companies that have undergone a stress check as notified by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. The Stress Free Company Award Committee selects and awards companies with particularly excellent results from the stress check group analysis every year.
In FY2023, companies with an overall health risk (*) of 90 or less for the entire company organisation that has conducted a stress check are selected as a 'Stress-Free Company'. The companies with an overall health risk* of 90 or less are awarded as 'Stress-Free Companies'.
