AI is changing cybersecurity — and it is changing fast. From the way attacks are launched to how threats are detected, investigated and contained, AI is reshaping both sides of the security equation. The rules are being rewritten — and security professionals are navigating that shift in real time.

But what is actually changing on the ground? How different are today's threats from those security professionals faced just a few years ago? How are attackers exploiting AI, how are defenders fighting back — and what does this mean for the roles and skills of security professionals in the years ahead?

In this panel, our speakers will share their experiences, real incidents, evolving attack techniques, defense strategies, failures and hard-won lessons — giving us an accurate picture of how organizations are adapting to a threat landscape that looks nothing like it did five years ago.

We will also examine AI governance and accountability. As organizations deploy AI-assisted code, content and automated workflows at scale, a critical question emerges: when something goes wrong, can you establish what happened, who knew what, and who was responsible? For most companies today, the honest answer is no.

We will also explore how the cybersecurity profession itself is evolving — which new skills are becoming critical, which foundational skills still hold up, and what security teams will need to protect the organizations of tomorrow.
