• プロダクトデザイナーまたはUX/UIデザイナーとしての3年以上の経験（SaaSまたはウェブベースのアプリケーションでの経験が望ましい）
• Figmaおよび協業型デザインツールの熟練した操作スキル
• デザインスプリントの実施とファシリテーションの経験
• 書面および口頭での優れた英語コミュニケーションスキル — 技術系と非技術系のステークホルダーにデザイン決定を説明し、プレゼンテーションできること
• ユーザー中心のデザイン思考、インタラクションデザイン、ビジュアルデザインを証明する強力なポートフォリオ
• 迅速なペースの反復的な環境で働き、ユーザーニーズとビジネス目標をバランスよく調整できる能力

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, preferably for SaaS or web-based applications
• Proficiency in Figma and collaborative design tools
• Hands-on experience conducting and facilitating design sprints
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal — must be able to present and explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking, interaction design, and visual design
• Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments and balance user needs with business goals

• ウェブアプリケーションの新機能や改善のためのエンドツーエンドのデザインプロセスにチームと協力して取り組む
• プロダクトマネージャー、エンジニア、ステークホルダーと密接に協力し、プロダクトロードマップとユーザー体験を形作る
• ユーザーリサーチ、ユーザビリティテスト、データインサイトを実施し、分析してデザイン決定に反映させる
• Figmaを使用して高忠実度のモックアップ、プロトタイプ、デザイン仕様書を作成する
• ユーザーを常に代弁し、すべてのタッチポイントでシームレスでアクセシブルな体験を確保する
• 一貫したデザインシステムとスタイルガイドの維持・改善に貢献する

• Work with our team, on an end-to-end design process for new features and improvements across the web application
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape the product roadmap and user experience
• Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and data insights to inform design decisions
• Produce high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specs using Figma.
• Advocate for the user at every step, ensuring a seamless and accessible experience across all touchpoints
• Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system and style guide.
