• 機械工学、工業デザイン、または関連分野の学士号をお持ちの方。
• CATIA V5を使用した製品設計およびCADオートメーションにおける7年以上の経験。
• CAD自動化ツールと技術に関する豊富な知識
• 優れた問題解決能力と分析能力。
• チーム環境で効果的に業務を遂行し、関係者と明確なコミュニケーションが取れる方。
• 他のCADソフトウェア（SolidWorks、NXなど）に精通していることが望ましい。
• 自動車業界または航空宇宙業界での経験があることが望ましい。

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product design and CAD automation using CATIA V5.
• Strong knowledge of CAD automation tools and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in other CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, NX) is a plus.
• Experience in the automotive or aerospace industry is preferred.

• CATIA V5を使用して複雑な製品の設計と開発をリードする。
• CADプロセスを自動化し、効率と精度を高める。
• エンジニアリング、製造、品質チームと協力し、設計の実現性と製造性を確保する。
• 若手の設計者やエンジニアに技術的な指導や助言を行う。
• 設計レビューを実施し、業界標準とベストプラクティスに準拠していることを確認する。
• 設計やCADに関連する問題のトラブルシューティングと解決。
• CAD技術の最新情報を入手し、関連する改善を実施する。

• Lead the design and development of complex products using CATIA V5.
• Automate CAD processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers and engineers.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design and CAD-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in CAD technology and implement relevant improvements.
