 建築学またはデザイン関連分野の知識
 建設・インテリアデザイン関連のプロジェクトにおいて８年以上のプロジェクトマネジメント経験
 予算管理における交渉の経験
 プロジェクトの開発段階から入居後までの一連のサイクルの経験
 建築基準法、規格、建築構造に関する知識
 建築デザイン、インテリア、家具デザインに関する基本的な技術的理解

望ましいスキルと経験
 建築士免許
 英語でのコミュニケーション能力

Required Skills and Experience:.
□Knowledge of architecture or design related field
□8+ years of project management experience in construction and interior design related projects
Experience negotiating in budget management
Experience with the full project cycle from the development phase through post-occupancy
Knowledge of building codes, standards, and building construction
Basic technical understanding of architectural design, interior and furniture design

Preferred Skills and Experience
Architectural license
Ability to communicate in English
