＜業務内容概要＞
弊社のネットワーク開通作業チームにて、ポテンシャル採用を実施します。このポジションでは、弊社のフィールドエンジニアと共にクライアント先に訪問し、ネットワークの開通作業を行います。
具体的には、顧客拠点および当社拠点にて、回線終端装置（CPE／Router／Switch／ONU等）の設置・設定・試験・開通作業を実施し、高品質なネットワークサービス提供を支援する。現地作業を通じて、顧客および社内関連部門と連携し、円滑な回線導入およびサービス開始に貢献します。
この業務を通じて、グローバル規模・大規模NW経験を積み、キャリアを発展させることができます。

• ビジネスレベルの日本語能力
• ネットワークエンジニアのお仕事への強いご興味
• 英語の読み書きに抵抗がないこと（キャッチアップ意欲ある方歓迎）
→社内メールに英文メールが含まれるため
• 出張・休日・夜間作業が発生する見込みのため、ご抵抗ないこと

＜業務内容詳細＞
• 顧客拠点における回線終端装置設置および提供回線の品質確保および開通完了に対する責任
• 回線および機器に関する現地トラブル対応および迅速な問題解決の実施
• 顧客および社内関係者（NOC、ベンダー等）との円滑な連携
• 正確な作業記録およびドキュメント管理
• 安全基準およびコンプライアンス遵守の徹底
• 担当案件におけるスケジュールの遵守および効率的な現地作業の遂行
※出張・休日・夜間作業が発生する見込みのため、ご抵抗ないことが求められます。代休取得可能
土曜対応が月に2回程度、日曜対応はよほどでなければ無し、夜間はクライアント要件により発生いたします。
