• 学歴：大卒（工学系）または同等の学歴
• 英語力（TOEIC550点以上）

• フォローアップ。
• 下記顧客及び社内関連部署（グローバル）とのJOEM開発業務。
• JOEMの開発業務において、以下の顧客および社内関連部署（グローバル）とのインターフェース業務。
• 熱管理システム開発における開発調整
• 自動車用空調およびパワートレイン部品用温度制御部品のOEMとの開発調整業務
• JOEM向け開発プログラムの量産立ち上げ活動
• JOEM開発システムに基づく顧客の問題解決の実行（コアエンジニアとの協力：試作、評価、パッケージング、設計変更、
• パッケージング、設計変更）

• JOEMの市場調査、製品動向の分析・報告

• Follow-up.
• Development work for JOEM with the following customers and relevant internal (global) departments
