Who We Are Looking For – FOH (Front of House)
We are seeking enthusiastic 2026 spring graduates to join our FOH team. ・Graduating from university / Vocational school in Spring 2026
・Good communication skills in English
・Japanese language a plus (not required)
・Friendly, proactive, and enjoy working in a team

During the initial training period, you will rotate through each Front of House operations department, including Food & Beverage, Member Services, and Recreation. Your permanent placement will typically be determined within six months, based on your strengths, performance, and interests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist members and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Provide attentive and professional service across all areas
• Support members and their guests with various requests and inquiries
• Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously
• Coordinate and arrange recreation services, including sports activities and classes
• Assist with the preparation and execution of events and parties
• Deliver a comfortable and memorable experience for all members and guests at every level of operations
• Represent and uphold TAC Service Standards as a proud ambassador of the Club.

初期研修期間中は飲料部門、メンバーサービス、レクリエーションを含む各フロント・オブ・ハウス部門をローテーションし、クラブ運営全体の基礎を学んでいただきます。

主な業務内容：
• 会員およびゲストを温かくお迎えし、心地よい雰囲気づくりを行います
• 各部門において、丁寧かつプロフェッショナルなサービスを提供します。
• 会員およびゲストからのさまざまなご要望やお問い合わせに対応します
• オーダーを受け、飲食物の提供を迅速かつ丁寧に行います。
• スポーツや各種クラスを含むレクリエーションサービスの調整・手配を行います。
• イベントやパーティーの準備および運営をサポートします。
• あらゆるオペレーションにおいて、会員およびゲストに快適で記憶に残る体験を提供します。
• クラブの一員として、TACサービススタンダードを体現し、その価値を推進します。

Graduates or soon-to-be graduates from hospitality-related / English -related universities or vocational schools are welcome

ホスピタリティまたは英語関連の大学・専門学校を卒業済みまたは卒業予定の方を歓迎します
