Software Engineer (Fluent-Native Japanese speaker)

Advanced Java programing skill 1-5 years of experience developing backend systems in Java
Experience on developing and configuring Japanese text-search, text-analytics system such as Lucene, Elasticsearch
Experience designing and consuming REST based API services.
Familiar with source control management systems (git is preferred).
Experience with NoSql databases such as MongoDB
Experience with Message Queuing Systems such as Kafka
Experience with Spring framework.
Comfortable working in a UNIX environment.
Native Japanese speaker with business or technical level English proficiency preferred

Sprinklr is looking for a talented backend engineer with experience in distributed, big data systems mainly using Java and Elasticsearch and other distributed technologies.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with peers globally and locally to research and develop Sprinklr's Research product line for the Japan market for text, visual, and location insights.
You will embrace the desire to take on new engineering challenges and build your career with support of counterparts and new methodologies.

Based in Tokyo, Japan as a full-time regular employee
Technical Training in Gurgaon for 2-3 months period to understand the platform architecture/code once joined
