アダプテーション・エディターのチームは、世界各国のコンデナストのコンテンツを各エディションの読者向けに翻訳・編集し、元記事の意図を踏まえながら、各地域の読者の感性に合わせた文章を仕上げていきます。チームのメンバーたちは、コンデナストのジャーナリズムを世界各国の読者に届ける重要な役割を担っています。
The Adaptation Editor team translates and adapts Condé Nast's global content for readers of each edition. They create content that resonates with readers in each region while maintaining the intent of the original articles. The team members play an integral role in delivering Condé Nast's world-class journalism to readers worldwide.

■Necessary Experience, Skills and Qualifications/ 必須要件
ファッションや関連分野における、3年以上の記事翻訳・編集の実績
英語から日本語への高い翻訳・ローカライズスキル、日本語での高い文章力
多様な文化的文脈を理解し、翻訳に適切に反映する力
日本語・英語のコミュニケーションスキル（ライティング・スピーキング）
デジタル記事の作成・運用への理解（SEOなど）
3+years of experience in article translation and editing in fashion or related fields
High-level translation and localization skills from English to Japanese, strong Japanese writing skills
Ability to understand diverse cultural contexts and appropriately reflect them in translation
Japanese and English communication skills (writing and speaking)
Understanding of digital article creation and management (SEO, etc.）

Deep understanding of the VOGUE brand and Condé Nast’s journalism
Translation skills from languages other than English to Japanese

■Duties and Responsibilities/ ポジション概要, ミッション
VOGUE JAPANで公開される、翻訳記事コンテンツにまつわる業務をご担当いただきます。日本の読者に響く翻訳コンテンツを作っていただくことで、VOGUE JAPANのさらなる成長に貢献していただきます。
The Adaptation Editor will be responsible for tasks related to translated article content published on VOGUE JAPAN. By creating translated content that resonates with Japanese readers, the Adaptation Editor will contribute to the further growth of VOGUE JAPAN.

コンテンツの翻訳編集と、それに関連する業務
VOGUE JAPAN読者に向けた翻訳記事の選定
原文の意図をふまえた日本語への翻訳編集
VOGUE JAPANの文体にあわせた翻訳文の作成
ライツ・クリアランス関連の調整
記事予定等の調整
その他、同僚や関係部署との適宜連携
Content translation and editing and related tasks
Selecting articles to be translated for VOGUE JAPAN readers
Translation and editing/adapting content into Japanese while keeping the intent of the original text
Creation of translated text that align with VOGUE JAPAN's writing style
Rights clearance coordination
Article scheduling coordination
Other coordination with colleagues, relevant departments as needed

9:30~18:00をベースとした裁量労働制
