• チームハンドリングの経験

• SDLCとアジャイルの経験
• 規制およびコンプライアンス環境（金融または保険）での業務経験
• 7 + Years of handon experience in Development (For Lead)
• Experience of handing multiple Projects
• Expereince of Team Handing
• Coding Standards, Code Mangement, Unit Testing, Ci/CD
• Ability to Triage Issues, Solve technical challenges and provide technical support team
• Experience of SDLC and Agile
• Experience of working in regulated and compliance environment (Finance or Insurance
