Qualification Requirements:

We are seeking instructors for our international team who
- are native (or native fluent) speakers of the language they are applying to teach
- are able to communicate in conversational Japanese
- are dynamic, mature and professional
- are culturally sensitive and have excellent organizational and communication skills
- are looking to work for a minimum of one year
- have a minimum of a BA or BS degree
- have the proper working visa when applying
- are already in Japan and available for in-person interviews in Nagoya

- 指導を希望する言語のネイティブ（またはネイティブレベルの流暢さ）であること
- 日常会話レベルの日本語でコミュニケーションが取れること
- 積極的で成熟したプロフェッショナルであること
- 文化への理解があり、優れた組織力とコミュニケーション能力を有すること
- 最低1年間の勤務が可能であること
- 学士号（BAまたはBS）以上の学位を有すること
- 応募時点で適切な就労ビザを所持していること
- 現在日本在住で、名古屋での対面面接が可能なこと

Your main role is to teach adult classes on 4 to 5 weekday mornings and afternoons. Teaching materials are provided. Compensation will be discussed in the first interview.

Professionalism is an important part of the role. You’ll create a positive, respectful classroom atmosphere and communicate effectively with students, center staff, and management. Berlitz also provides training and ongoing support, so you’ll have opportunities to continue developing your teaching skills and grow within the organization.

主な役割は、平日の午前と午後に週4～5回、成人向けクラスを担当することです。教材は提供されます。報酬については初回面接時に協議いたします。

プロフェッショナリズムはこの職務において重要な要素です。前向きで敬意ある教室環境を構築し、生徒、センタースタッフ、管理職と効果的にコミュニケーションを取ることが求められます。ベルリッツでは研修と継続的なサポートも提供しているため、指導スキルを磨き続け、組織内で成長する機会を得られます。

A minimum of a BA or BS degree is required.
学士号（BAまたはBS）以上の学位が必須です。

Based on language type. This will be discussed in the first interview.

Payments are made on the 28th of each month based on a salary cycle that runs from the 18th of one month to the 17th of the next.

Travel costs
Travel is fully reimbursed for your commute between your home and place of work.
