Minimum qualifications
・Good knowledge of Cyber Security concepts
・Good understanding of development and deployment of security solutions for embedded systems
・Knowledge of cryptography and its application. Knowledge of Hardware Security Module (HSM), HW evaluation boards usage, cryptography techniques, encryption and authentication mechanisms.
・Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) environment for certificates and key assignment
・Knowledge of Security function test, Fuzz test, Penetration test
・Hands-on experience in using test equipment and validation tools for security function test
・Experience in security assessment (Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment), threat modeling and vulnerability analysis
・Knowledge of standard security approaches (Firewalls, Ethernet security, Virtualization, IDPS, etc.), frameworks, best practices & solutions available

Languages

Nice to have skills
・Know-how of automotive electronic systems and vehicle architectures
・Knowledge of cloud platforms (Ex: AWS, AZURE)
・Understanding of SDLC and testing procedures

About the Department
Department is focussed on providing Cyber security solutions for vehicles to protect vehicles from cyber attacks. Activity includes design, development and validation for vehicles which includes TARA (Threat analysis and risk assessment), Security specification definition, Intrusion detection techniques, Cryptography, Authentication mechanisms, Test Automation for V&V - Fuzz test, Penetration test and security regulation compliance.

About the Project
Vehicle cyber security is becoming very important due to regulations/ standards, which OEMs have to mandatorily comply. As cyber attacks on vehicles are increasing, it is at most important to ensure vehicle safety, data privacy and integrity. We are looking for new members, to expand our presence/scope into new engagements in Cyber Security areas including both cloud and in-vehicle solutions.

Responsibilities
・Discussions with customer regarding cybersecurity topics and ensure cyber security requirements understanding
・Vehicle, system and component level requirements management, decomposition and specification definition
・Automotive Cyber Security solution development, validation and deployment
・Formulate strategy and devise security solutions for cloud and in-vehicle using cryptography techniques
・Perform risk assessment (TARA), vulnerability analysis and attack scenario definition on system components and associated functions/features
・Devise solutions for Security function test, Fuzz test, Penetration test and perform security validation
・Coordinate cross-functional reviews for the resolution of technical issues
・Understand and achieve compliance to Cyber security regulations and standards (UNECE WP.29 and ISO21434) according to project and customer requirement
・Meeting deadlines for deliverables to quality cost and time

Future Career Path
Automotive Cyber Security is a niche emerging technology and this position will provide you with a strong interest in understanding and resolving technical challenges in the automotive cybersecurity technological area. Focuses on applied research into component-level aspects through system and software implementation and communication protocols. This is a highly cross-functional role, where candidate will work collaboratively to implement security features, assess requirements for security controls, design, develop and validate software systems to achieve those requirements efficiently. You will also understand the upcoming vehicle cyber security regulations and need for compliance.
