Summary

We are looking for a skilled Recruiter in Japan who can leverage their network, to strategize and execute at a professional level. The ideal person will have experience working at an agency and/or in-house at a B2B technology firm.

You will be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work directly with hiring managers to understand the requirements and be a vital member to build our Domo Japan business.

Key Qualifications

Help design and execute the recruiting strategy to continuously attract, engage, and hire top talent;
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create tailored sourcing strategies;
Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication with a high level of professionalism and cultural sensitivity;
Source and identify qualified candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, databases, etc.);
Advise hiring teams on strategies that address talent gaps and future talent needs;
Build high trust relationships with hiring partners and become an expert on the strategy, objectives, and needs of the teams you work with;
Source passive and active candidates through social platforms, online databases, referrals, events, and relevant networks to build a consistent pipeline of candidates;
Provide exceptional candidate experience from application to offer, acting as a candidate advisor throughout the hiring process;
Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibility

3+ years of proven experience in sourcing, recruiting or headhunting, preferably within the SaaS Industry;
Strong sourcing and networking skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Deep understanding of Japan’s labor market, recruitment laws, and cultural hiring practices;
Proven track record in sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines;
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment portals;
Fluent in Japanese and English.
