What we are looking for
Must haves:
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Business Japanese skills
• Intermediate English skills
• Customer first attitude and logical thinking

• Manage inventory replenishment, demand forecasting, and inventory planning across Asia to ensure equipment availability and SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Service Delivery teams to develop and maintain standardized inventory management processes.
• Support product and technology lifecycle management, balancing inventory availability while minimizing excess stock.
• Oversee inventory procurement and repair activities, working closely with suppliers, repair vendors, and logistics partners.
• Monitor inventory and logistics performance through KPI reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive supply chain process optimization, SAP-related system enhancements, inventory controls, audit compliance, and ongoing operational improvements.
• アジア地域における在庫補充、需要予測、在庫計画を担当し、機器の安定供給とSLA遵守を実現。
• Finance、Operations、Service Deliveryなどの関係部門と連携し、標準化された在庫管理プロセスの構築・運用を推進。
• 製品・技術ライフサイクル管理を支援し、適正在庫の維持と余剰在庫の削減を実施。
• サプライヤーや修理ベンダーとの協業を通じて、調達・修理プロセスを管理するとともに、物流パートナーとの関係構築を担当。
• KPI分析やレポーティングを通じて在庫・物流パフォーマンスを監視し、改善施策を推進。
• SAPを含むサプライチェーンシステムの運用改善、在庫会計・監査対応、および継続的な業務改善をリード。

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics or other related courses
