＜About this position / 当ポジションについて＞
The Fashion Features Editor is responsible for producing, commissioning, and editing fashion features stories for Vogue’s digital platforms. As a digital native editor and writer in the team, you are the eyes and ears of global and local internet native trends and culture. You’ll play a key role in helping shape Vogue’s emerging buzz making voice in Japan, which is then shared through Conde Nast global as an antenna for all that is happening and trending in Japan and Asia.
The Fashion Features Editorは、VOGUEのデジタルプラットフォームを中心にファッション特集記事の制作、委託、編集を担当します。
デジタルネイティブのエディター兼ライターからスタートし、グローバルおよびローカルなインターネットネイティブのトレンドやカルチャーを知る目となり耳となっていただきます。
日本におけるVOGUEの新たな話題作りをリードする重要な役割であり、あなたの発信は日本やアジアで起きているあらゆる出来事やトレンドのアンテナとして、コンデナスト・グローバルでもシェアされます。

■必須スキル・経験 / Necessary Skills & Experiences
・Native level in Japanese and English Language, reading and writing
・3+ years of experience in a fashion editorial role, writing copy and commissioning and editing colleagues
・A flair for storytelling and a proven track record of identifying trends and topics to cover - and the best way in which to write and engage with our audience.
・An understanding of the importance of SEO in journalism, and how to use it effectively in everything from body copy to headlines!
・ネイティブレベルの日本語、英語
・ファッションにかかわる3年以上の編集業務経験、コピーライティング、依頼・編集経験
・ストーリーテリングを得意とし、トレンドやトピック、読者との最適な関わり方を見極められる
・ジャーナリズムにおけるSEOの重要性を理解し、ボディコピーから見出しに至るまで、SEOを効果的に活用できる

-Writing, editing and commissioning fashion features and news for Vogue’s digital platforms, from daily news hits to larger features and exclusives. And occasional social media content creation.
-Representing Vogue within the industry, from attending localized retail activations and fashion forums and to – where commissioned – reporting on fashion shows in a rapid reactive manner.
-Regularly meeting with brands and PRs and feeding back to the team to build relationships, secure editorial exclusives and ensure that Vogue remains at the forefront of the fashion conversation.
-Staying abreast of any and all industry developments and news to ensure that our coverage of fashion across print and digital is both informed and unique.

□Business trip：Occasional, depending on project needs.

・デイリーニュースから大型特集、独占記事まで、VOGUEのデジタルプラットフォーム向けのファッション特集やニュースの執筆、編集、依頼。必要に応じてsocial mediaのコンテンツ制作。
・VOGUEを代表し、ローカルのリテール・アクティベーションやファッション・フォーラムに出席するほか、依頼があればファッションショーをいち早く取材する。
・ブランドやPRと定期的にミーティングを行う；良好な関係を築き、エディトリアル独占記事を確保し、VOGUEがファッションの話題の最前線に立ち続けるよう、定期的にチームにフィードバックする。
・業界の動向やニュースを常に把握し、紙面やデジタルでのファッションに関するコンテンツが情報豊富でユニークなものになるようにする。

■評価基準：編集部規定のUU, PVを達成していただきます
■出張について：業務内容により変動あり。発生しない場合もあります。
