Supports the GM/COO and AGM with scheduling, correspondence, meetings, and governance-related tasks, reporting to the GM’s Office Manager. The role ensures smooth operations and communication with leadership, Members, and stakeholders, requiring strong organization, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong executive administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting senior leadership as an Executive or Personal Assistant.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Japanese preferred) with the ability to draft professional documents and presentations.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail in handling confidential information and records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools, with strong time management and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the GM/COO and AGM, including calendar, communications, and priority management.
- Support the General Manager’s Office operations, documentation, and internal coordination.
- Assist with Board and Committee administration, including meeting preparation, minutes, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate internal leadership meetings and maintain governance and administrative records.
- Support executive communications, member inquiries, and special projects with professionalism and discretion.

Applicants hold valid working eligibility in Japan at the time of lodging their applications. Visa sponsorship is not available.
5 days/week (Including some weekends/national holidays)
Actual 7.5 hrs/day between 9:00am and 5:30pm
