■ イベント概要
「東京テックミートアップ x ITキャリアイベント」は、国内外の企業と、情熱あるITプロフェッショナルが集うキャリア・ネットワーキングイベントです。

今回で第2回目の開催となります！
前回は約480名もの方々にご来場いただき、会場は熱気に包まれました。
今年はさらに多くの方々の来場を予定しており、規模を拡大して開催いたします。

最新の技術トレンドの共有から、ダイレクトな採用のきっかけ作りまで、日本のテックシーンをさらに盛り上げる特別な一日を、共に成功へと導いてくれるボランティアメンバーを募集しています。

■ 募集職種：イベント運営サポーター
特定の役割に縛られず、チーム全員で協力しながら、来場者や登壇企業が最高の時間を過ごせるようサポートしていただきます。

■ Event Overview
The "Tokyo Tech Meetup x IT Career Event" is a premier networking event bringing together top-tier global companies and passionate IT professionals.

This marks our 2nd edition of the event!
Last time, we welcomed approximately 480 attendees, creating an incredible buzz in the tech community.
This year, we are scaling up and expect an even larger crowd.

From sharing the latest tech trends to facilitating direct hiring opportunities, we are looking for dedicated volunteers to help us make this special day a resounding success.

■ Role: Event Operations Supporter
Roles will be decided flexibly through team discussions. You will work closely with the entire team to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees and participating companies.

言語： 日本語および英語での流暢なコミュニケーション（必須）
スキル： 高い対人能力、タイムマネジメント能力
マインド： 自立して動ける一方、チームでの「助け合い」を大切にできる方
姿勢： 細部にまで気を配り、課題に対してポジティブに解決策を考えられる方
情熱： コミュニティ構築やイベント運営に興味がある方
経験： 未経験OK（イベント運営経験があれば尚可）

No specific academic background required. We value your mindset and communication skills!

- Languages: Fluent in both English and Japanese (Required).
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.
- Mindset: Proactive and independent, yet a collaborative "team player" who enjoys helping others.
- Attitude: Detail-oriented with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Passion: Interested in community building and event management.
- Experience: Previous experience in event planning or operations is a plus (but not mandatory).

役割はチーム内での話し合いで柔軟に決定します：

- イベント進行サポート： セッションの時間管理、登壇企業への連絡、会場アナウンス
- 受付・ホスピタリティ： 来場者の受付（名刺管理）、案内業務
- ロジスティクス： 会場設定（設営）、軽食・ドリンクの手配管理
- メディア連携： 写真・ビデオ撮影チームとの連携・サポート
- チーム連携： HirePlannerイベント担当チームとの緊密なコミュニケーション

- Event Flow Support: Time management for sessions, communicating with speakers/companies, and making event announcements.
- Reception & Hospitality: Managing guest check-ins (business card management) and providing guidance to attendees.
- Logistics: Venue setup, managing F&B (light snacks/drinks).
- Media Coordination: Collaborating with the photography and video production teams.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with the HirePlanner event management team to support overall operations.
