TSJ offers immersive, one-on-one wellness programs for international clients seeking emotional clarity, nervous system regulation, and deeper connection to self. Each program is delivered in a peaceful residential setting and includes personalized care through therapy, movement, nutrition, bodywork, and Japanese cultural practices.

We host only one guest (or private party) at a time. As a psychotherapist, your role is to hold emotional space for the guest through trauma-informed, non-pathologizing, and collaborative sessions designed to restore mental balance and support transformation.

This position is ideal for therapists who are confident in private settings and skilled in working with high-functioning individuals navigating burnout, transition, anxiety, or loss. English fluency and cross-cultural sensitivity are essential.

- Collaborate with other practitioners (e.g., bodyworkers, coaches, chefs) to ensure a coordinated and consistent guest experience
- Contribute to the overall atmosphere of safety, calm, and respect throughout the guest’s stay
- Respect privacy and confidentiality at all times
