• インフラサービスやネットワークの移行・運用経験(目安3～5年以上)、ローカルLAN構築経験(または、大学や専門学校で情報工学を学んだ方、総務や管理業務の一環として何らかのITインフラ業務に携わったことがあり、将来的にITエンジニアとしてのキャリアを目指したい方の応募も歓迎します！)
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力
• 英語アレルギーのない方（会話はできなくても、翻訳ツールを使った英語の読み書きで積極的にコミュニケーションが取れる方）

• Experience in migrating and operating infrastructure services and networks (approximately 3-5 years or more), experience building local LANs (Or, we also welcome applications from those who have studied information technology at a university or vocational school, or those who have been involved in some IT infrastructure work as part of general affairs or administrative work, and who wish to pursue a career as an IT engineer in the future!)
• Native-level Japanese language ability
• Not allergic to English (even if you can't speak, you can actively communicate by reading and writing English using translation tools)

• 端末（PC、モバイル等）の操作・管理・トラブル対応
• ネットワーク（LAN、WAN、Wi-Fi等）の監視、トラブルシューティング、基本設定変更。
• サーバの基本監視、一次対応（再起動、ログ確認など）
• ユーザーサポート（ヘルプデスク業務含む）、問い合わせ対応、トラブルシューティング
• 問題の切り分け、二次対応チームやベンダーへのエスカレーション
• IT資産管理（端末やネットワーク機器の在庫管理、構成管理）
• 運用手順書の作成・更新
• セキュリティポリシーの遵守、基本的なセキュリティ設定の適用

• Operation, management, and troubleshooting of terminals (PCs, mobile devices, etc.)
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and changing basic settings of networks (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, etc.)
• Basic monitoring and primary response of servers (e.g. rebooting, checking logs)
• User support (including help desk work), responding to inquiries, troubleshooting
• Isolating problems and escalating to secondary response teams or vendors
• IT asset management (inventory management and configuration management of terminals and network equipment)
• Creating and updating operation procedures
• Complying with security policies and applying basic security settings
