• Effectively share the information or updates about the club services, operation and procedure with Lead Receptionists and Receptionists
• Ensures all staff members deliver a consistently high level of service
• Handle member and guest complaints effectively
• Assist the Member Service Manager & Director to oversee all Lead Receptionist & Receptionist to ensure all working in accordance with job requirements
• Work with the Member Services Manager & Director to oversee the Guest Studio operations including reservations, rate control, room cleaning, room amenities
• Supervise the daily tasks & queries while maintaining and eye to the long-term goals of the Survey results

• クラブのサービス、運営、手順に関する情報や最新情報をリードレセプショニストとレセプショニストに効果的に共有すること
• 全スタッフが一貫して高いレベルのサービスを提供できるようにする
• 会員およびゲストからの苦情を的確に処理する
• メンバーサービスマネージャーとディレクターのサポート
リードレセプショニストとレセプショニストを統括し、すべての業務が要件に従って遂行されていることを確認する
• メンバーサービスマネージャーやディレクターと連携し、予約、料金管理、客室清掃、客室アメニティなど、ゲストスタジオの運営を統括する
• サーベイの長期的な目標にそって、日々のタスクやクエリーを管理する

Hospitality school/major preferred
ホテル系の学校・専攻を修了された方が望ましい　

Hold valid working eligibility in Japan at the time of lodging their applications. Visa sponsorship is not available.
