Network Solution Architect

Japan, Tokyo Hybrid (remote + office) Business Development, Consulting, Network / Telecom Engineering Full-Time

This position will be designing, implementing, and supporting network solutions across the Asia region. By deeply understanding customer business challenges, the Solution Architect will deliver both standard and customized technical solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

- 8+ years of experience in network design and operations
- CCNP or higher (CCIE or CISSP is a strong plus)
- Business level Japanese and English proficiency
- Experience working in an international environment preferred
- Strong interest in presales or consulting work
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to consider profitability and value creation
- Ability to support strategic vision and operate with a global perspective and entrepreneurial mindset

- Gather customer requirements and design optimal network solutions
- Provide technical proposals and support presales activities, including RFP responses
- Deliver post‑implementation technical support and troubleshooting
- Create network design documents and technical documentation
- Work with global teams to deliver non‑standard or customized solutions
