・PCの基本操作ができる方（iPadなどを使用します）

店舗にて、CASETiFYのブランドミッションを体現しながら
お客様のライフスタイルに合わせた提案型接客を行っていただきます。

・接客 / 販売
・iPadを使用したカスタマイズシミュレーション提案
・商品作成 / 梱包
・レジ対応
・在庫管理
・店内ディスプレイ / VMD
・売上向上に向けた店舗改善 など
※副店長 / 店長昇格後は売上管理・スタッフマネジメントも担当いただきます。

▼入社後の流れ
入社後はオリエンテーションを実施し、店舗でのOJTを通じて業務を習得していただきます。
商品知識やトレンドを学びながら、お客様に最適な提案ができるスタッフへ成長していただきます。

学歴不問 / 接客販売経験者歓迎

試用期間あり：6ヶ月
(雇用形態、給与は本採用時と同じです。)

Working hours: 9:30 AM – 10:00 PM (8-hour shift with 60-minute break, on a rotating schedule)

・Salary: Monthly base salary + monthly incentives
(Determined based on experience, previous salary, and interview evaluation)
・Sports allowance: ¥30,000 per year
・Product purchase allowance: ¥20,000 per year

＜Annual Holidays: 120 days＞
・Shift-based leave: 9–12 days off per month, adjusted for events or collaboration launches.
・Paid leave: Granted after 6 months of employment, up to 12 days per year.
・Sick leave: Up to 10 occasions per year; can be taken as paid leave for short-term illness or injury.
