Minimum qualifications
1. Strong understanding and experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), particularly in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
2. Experience managing project risks and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
3. Experience in the engineering or manufacturing domain.
4. Basic understanding of engineering, manufacturing, and PLM terminology.

Languages
- Japanese: Fluent level
- English: Business level

Nice to have skills
1. Experience in digital engineering or manufacturing consulting.
2. Experience with any PLM products, such as Teamcenter, Windchill, or Enovia.
3. Basic programming skills.
4. Experience working in a global environment with stakeholders from various regions.
5. Experience in implementing digital transformation projects.

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the digital transformation implementation of a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. This client-facing role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of engineering and manufacturing business processes, and familiarity with PLM systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high-quality implementation, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring that the project meets its objectives on time and within budget.

About the Department
We provide end-to-end IT and IoT solutions to support our customers' digital transformation in engineering and manufacturing.

About the Project
This project focuses on the digital transformation of the PLM system. The customer is transitioning from a legacy system to a next-gen PLM system, with the primary objective of meeting engineering process requirements through minimal customization of the PLM product.

Responsibilities
1. Manage different stakeholders and establish clear communication channels.
2. Define Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and track implementation progress.
3. Manage project risks, issues, and action items.
4. Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality standards are met, and define processes for delivery and quality management.
5. Stay up to date with new technologies and industry trends.
6. Provide weekly project status updates to both the customer and internal management.
7. Manage project efforts and costs.

Salary
Monthly salary: Under our corporate regulations, amount will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.
Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY
Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)
