Minimum qualifications
1. Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect.
2. Strong understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing processes, with the ability to design PLM solutions.
3. Functional knowledge of Engineering or Manufacturing business processes.
4. Experience with at least one global PLM tool, such as Teamcenter or 3DExperience.
5. Experience in PLM consultation and implementation projects.
6. Extensive experience in project definition, planning, requirements gathering, analysis, and process mapping.
7. Experience with 2-3 end-to-end implementations.
8. Broad understanding of application and technology integration frameworks.
9. Expertise in applying structured methodologies to define, implement, and maintain end-to-end solutions using packaged software.
10. Proven track record of successful delivery in large-scale, high-profile projects involving both business and IT components.

1. Experience in digital engineering or manufacturing consulting.

Position Overview
This role is focused on leading digital transformation projects in the area of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) for engineering and manufacturing. As a PLM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for understanding the client's business processes, designing the PLM solution architecture, and collaborating with both local and global teams to ensure successful implementation of the new system. The position requires expertise in PLM systems, such as Teamcenter or 3DExperience, along with a strong ability to communicate in both English and Japanese.

About the Department
Our team provides end-to-end IT and IoT solutions to assist clients in their engineering and manufacturing digital transformation journeys.

About the Project
This project involves the greenfield implementation of Teamcenter Software Lifecycle Management to support the customer's semiconductor manufacturing processes. Through this implementation, the customer aims to achieve high efficiency and greater transparency in their operations.

Responsibilities
1. Understand the functional and technical requirements of the PLM system and document them.
2. Collaborate closely with the customer to define a high-level "To-Be" system view and develop a roadmap for digital transformation.
3. Provide technical solution recommendations based on business requirements.
4. Develop both high-level and low-level design documentation and create proof of concepts (PoC).
5. Work closely with the customer, as well as local and global teams, to ensure clear communication.
6. Support the development team during the implementation process.

Salary
Monthly salary: Under our corporate regulations, amount will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.
Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY
Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)
