Minimum qualifications
1. Experience in PLM operation, maintenance, or development, ideally in collaboration with a global team.
2. Sufficient proficiency in English to perform the required tasks.

Languages
- Japanese: Fluent level
- English: Business level

Nice to have skills
1. Functional knowledge of Teamcenter PLM.
2. Willingness to invest time in acquiring new knowledge.
3. Interest in gaining experience in upstream processes such as requirements definition and design.
4. A proactive and ambitious approach, with a drive to ensure project success.

Position Overview
This role involves operating and maintaining the Teamcenter PLM solution for a client embarking on their PLM journey. The candidate will collaborate with a global team and play a pivotal role in supporting the client's digital transformation efforts. The role offers significant exposure to global practices, and opportunities for career growth in system development and business consulting.

We provide end-to-end PLM and Digital Thread Services.

Responsibilities
As a PLM Bilingual System Engineer, responsibilities will include:
- Operation and maintenance of the Teamcenter PLM solution.
- Collaborating with the global team on operation and maintenance tasks, including ticket handling.
- Weekly reporting to customers.
- Confirming specifications and testing for Change Requests (CR), as well as supporting the introduction of these changes.
- Working closely with a global team to perform the above tasks.

Salary
Monthly salary: Under our corporate regulations, amount will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.
Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY
Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)

(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)
