- Coordinate recreation programs, classes, parties and events for the memberships.
- Coordinate and communicate closely with instructors and vendors in relations to recreation programs and classes.
- Work closely with other recreation sections and other departments at the club.
- Collect Members` feedback, review current programs and develop new programs for the Memberships.
- Lead and assist the operation of the Program Concierge, scheduled occasionally to cover Program Concierge duties.
- Report to the Program Supervisor.

• クラブ内の関係部署と連携を取りながら、メンバー向けの各種レクリエーションプログラムを計画からコーディネートする。
• プログラムに関わる外部ベンダーやインストラクターとの連携と良好な関係の構築に努める。
• レクリエーションセクションのほかのセクションやクラブの他部門と密接に連携し業務を遂行する。
•　他のレクリエーションセクションやクラブの他部門と密接に連携する。
• プログラムへ参加したメンバーからフィードバックを集め、既存のプログラムの見直しや新しい企画に反映させる。
• プログラムコンシェルジュをリード/サポートする。
• プログラムスーパバイザーへのレポート。
