Summary

This position plays a key role in ensuring the stability and reliability of our enterprise storage and NAS solutions, mainly for Japanese clients. You will be the bridge between customers and our technical team, providing high-quality support while gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge IT infrastructure.

Key Qualifications

Skills / 技能:
• Issue isolation and troubleshooting / 問題切分と故障対応
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and technical teams / 顧客および技術チームとの円滑なコミュニケーション
Knowledge / 知識:
MUST TO HAVE:
• Basic experience with Storage / RAID / NAS / Networking / Cluster installation and configuration / ストレージ・RAID・NAS・ネットワーク・クラスタの基本操作・設定経験(必須)
NICE TO HAVE:
• Familiarity with FC, iSCSI, VMware, Windows, macOS, Linux environments () / FC、iSCSI、VMware、Windows、macOS、Linux環境の経験(歓迎)
Attitude / マインド:
• Proactive, passionate, and dedicated to resolving issues until completion / 積極的で情熱的、問題を最後まで解決する姿勢

Responsibility

o Provide high-quality after-sales technical support to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
o Respond to helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot issues, and answer product-related questions
o Handle RMA / DOA processes and coordinate warehouse shipping when required
o Report customer issues and feedback to Product Manager for future product enhancements
o Create and maintain Japanese technical FAQs and documentation

o テクニカルサポートポータルでの問い合わせ対応、トラブルシューティング、製品関連質問への回答
o 必要に応じて、RMA/DOA処理および倉庫出荷の手配
o 顧客からの製品問題点をPMに報告し、製品改善に活かす
o 日本語の技術FAQおよびドキュメントの作成・更新
